Terms and Conditions
Courses are to be paid in full at time of booking via this website. You may pay via Paypal or use a debit/credit card.
All course payments are non refundable once booked. If you think you will miss any of the dates within the course dates, please inform your trainer at the time of your initial one to one. If any course is run over a fixed time period, any missed sessions cannot be carried forward and will be classed as completed. If your class is "ongoing" then please advise your trainer at the time of your initial one to one - these sessions can be rolled over to another session. If you do not inform your trainer at the initial appointment and you don't attend a class then this class CANNOT be rolled over. Failure to attend 2 classes in a row without any notification may result in you losing your place in class.
Children are allowed to attend - please bring quiet distractions for them to use whilst class is running. I reserve the right to ask you to leave the lesson if any child is disruptive to the class and they may not be allowed to attend further sessions.
Photographs and videos may be taken for use on my website and Facebook page/support group/advertising. If you do not wish for you or your dog to be photographed, please inform me. Please note I do not show owners in the advertisements.
Please bring with you to every class: a large treat bag filled with food your dog gets excited to eat! A favourite toy - your dog may get bored of treats but may work for that tuggy toy he loves! Poo bags! You must clean up after your dog goes to toilet, whether inside or outside the venue. The venue may not allow further classes to be held if poo is not picked up!
All dogs and owners are different and some solutions may work for some but not others, I aim to try to provide you with the solution you require. I will be honest and open with you if I don' t think I can solve a particular issue rather than making things worse! I may work with other accredited trainers to come up with an effective solution to help you and your dog.
You may have seen TV shows where the trainer fixes a problem within minutes of arriving at the property. Please be aware that much of the time "training" these dogs are cut out in the editing process, which makes it look like the trainer can solve a problem within an hours episode. Again some dogs will pick up on what you are trying to teach them fairly quickly, others may take a few months or years! So please be patient with your dog!
